Hi, I'm Dr Pushpa Chandra, inventor of AWAKE and ASLEEP
I worked night shifts for 27 years in ICU at a children's hospital, so I know a thing or two about staying awake at night.
I also run ultramarathons, so I know about staying healthy when your sleep cycle is disrupted.
I have dedicated my life to providing natural health-promoting products that mitigate the negative effects of shift work and staying up late.
